Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of Page, operated by AI4E1 Ltd (registered in England and Wales, Bristol, UK). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
"You" means the parent or guardian who creates and pays for the subscription. "Your child" means the student who receives the revision calls. You must be 18 or over to subscribe.
What Page is
Page is an AI-powered voice revision companion. It calls your child's mobile phone each evening for a 10–15 minute session using the Feynman technique — asking them to explain what they covered that day, then probing the gaps.
Page is not a tutor and does not teach new content from scratch. It is a daily reinforcement tool designed to help students retain what they have already learned in school. It works through consistency, not intensity.
We cannot guarantee any specific academic outcome, improvement in grades, or exam results. Learning outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how consistently your child answers the calls.
Subscription and billing
- The subscription price is £39 per month, billed monthly in advance.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive calls until then.
- We do not offer partial-month refunds except where required by law.
- If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If payment remains outstanding after reasonable attempts, access to the service may be suspended.
14-day cooling-off period
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, email hello@pagerevision.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase date.
If Page has already delivered sessions during this period, we may make a proportionate deduction from any refund. We will process refunds within 14 days of your cancellation request.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information during onboarding, including your child's correct phone number.
- You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child whose data you provide, and that you have the authority to consent to the service on their behalf.
- You are responsible for ensuring your child is aware that they will receive calls from Page and understands what the service is.
- Your child must not use the calls for anything other than revision. Any misuse — including abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward the AI — may result in suspension of the service without refund.
- You must not share your account with others or allow another child to use a subscription set up for a different student.
How the calls work
- Page calls your child's mobile at the time you choose during onboarding. You can request a change by emailing us.
- If your child does not answer, Page will attempt to call once at the scheduled time. Missed calls are logged.
- Calls are limited to approximately 12 minutes. Page will wrap up the session at that point.
- Call content is recorded and transcribed for progress tracking, quality assurance and (where you have opted in) research purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Welfare
Page is designed to detect signs of genuine distress during a call. If this occurs, Page will stop the revision session and focus on being a calm presence. A welfare flag will be raised and we will notify you.
Page is not a mental health service and is not a substitute for professional support. If you are concerned about your child's wellbeing, please contact your GP or a relevant support service.
Intellectual property
All content, software and AI models underlying Page are owned by AI4E1 Ltd. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute any part of the service.
Session transcripts and progress data generated from your child's use of the service may be used by us in anonymised, aggregated form for research and product improvement. You retain no intellectual property rights in session content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any failure to deliver calls caused by factors outside our control, including network outages, third-party service failures or your child's phone being unavailable.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss, including any impact on exam results.
- Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid during that period.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update these terms or change the service from time to time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any material changes by email. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel before they take effect.
We may update the price on renewal. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
