Third parties we share data with

We use the following sub-processors. All are GDPR-compliant and operate under data processing agreements with us.

  • Retell AI — powers the voice calls. Call audio and transcripts are processed on their infrastructure. Retell Privacy Policy
  • OpenAI — used by Retell to power the conversation. Audio and transcripts may be processed by OpenAI under Retell's API agreement.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
  • Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting. Data is stored in EU data centres.
  • Railway — backend server hosting. EU data centres.
  • Vercel — frontend hosting.

We do not sell personal data to third parties. We do not share data with advertisers.

Children's data

We take the protection of children's data seriously. Page is intended for students aged 14–18. Parents must sign up on behalf of their child — students do not create accounts directly.

Call transcripts involving children are used solely to provide the service (progress tracking, session scoring, weekly reports) and, where you have opted in, for anonymised research into learning outcomes. Transcripts are never used for advertising or sold to third parties.

We comply with the UK Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code) and UK GDPR requirements for processing children's personal data.

How long we keep your data

  • Active subscribers: data is retained for the duration of the subscription.
  • After cancellation: account data is retained for 12 months, then deleted. Call transcripts are retained for 6 months after cancellation, then deleted.
  • Payment records: retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes (Stripe manages this).
  • Anonymised research data: may be retained indefinitely, but cannot be linked back to any individual.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you or your child
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Withdraw consent for research use at any time, without affecting service delivery

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pagerevision.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
